Inside Real Estate News reports that the Denver-based development company Simpson Housing LLC has paid a record price for land at a key site in the trendy Lower Highland neighborhood.
The site located at 17th and Boulder streets will be renamed Studio17 LoHi. The property will include 138 structured underground parking space, 110 storage units and a rooftop deck with dramatic and panoramic views of downtown Denver’s skyline. The cost?? $15 million to construct.
