The Art, a new hotel project located at West 12th and Broadway, will astonish visitors with its combination of luxury hotel service and stunning art gallery. Hosting a collection of modern art, curated Dianne Vanderlip, the Denver Art Museum's former curator of modern and contemporary art, the grand entrance will display the collection in open showcases lining the portico styled entry way.
The project, costing $50 million, will feature 165 rooms and 50,000 square feet of office space. The hotel will serve as a keystone to Denver’s progressive cultural scene, while driving the City’s economy forward.
Architect Guadalupe Cantu of Davis Partnership Architects has ensured that The Art will be a will be a memorable experience for visitors.
